SPEK Septics is a family owned and locally operated septic company serving homeowners, businesses, and property owners throughout Southern Maryland. Based in Prince Frederick, we provide full septic services across Charles, Calvert, and St. Mary’s counties, with inspections, operations, and maintenance also available in Lower Anne Arundel and Prince George’s counties.
Our team handles perc testing, septic installations, inspections, diagnostics, BAT operations and maintenance, repairs, and 24/7 emergency septic service. Every project begins with an on-site evaluation so we can understand the property, assess the system, and recommend the appropriate next step.

Owners
Local Calvert County residents and parents of five. Ryan serves as president of the Maryland On-site Wastewater Professional Association (MOWPA) and is a certified property transfer inspection instructor. Erin manages day-to-day operations and is also a certified inspector.
Shawn
Senior Inspector & Repair Technician
A 6-year SPEK veteran, Shawn joined the team and quickly became part of the family. Originally from Montgomery County, he now calls Calvert County home and is a trusted expert in advanced system repairs.
